Your Google Ads count clicks. Your business counts customers.
Google Ads often counts a click, page view, or form fill as a conversion, not a booked call. Verify the tracking, count the booked calls that become sales, then judge the campaign on revenue. Usually the gap sits between the click and the calendar.

Who this is for
Owners whose spend is up and sales aren't.
You already invest in Google. The report says it's working. Revenue doesn't agree.
The report looks busy.
Clicks and impressions climb. The calendar doesn't move.
Tracking nobody checked.
GA4 or Tag Manager is missing or broken, so no one can say which click booked a call.
Ads land on the homepage.
The ad promises one thing. The page you land on says something else.
How we diagnose it
Measure first. Then touch the bids.
- 01
Audit the tracking.
We check every pixel, tag, and conversion action against what really happened in the business.
- 02
Redefine the conversion.
Calls, forms, and bookings get tracked. Booked calls that become sales are the number that counts.
- 03
Set a baseline.
A plain report shows where leads come from today, before anything changes.
- 04
Align ad, page, and offer.
The ad, the landing page, and the offer all say the same thing.
- 05
Cut, then scale.
Cut what brings calls but no sales. Scale what brings both.
On the record
Measured, then paid back.

Questions owners ask
Why does Google Ads show conversions but I get no calls?
A "conversion" in the account can be a click, a page view, or a form fill. Your business counts customers. Until tracking tells those apart, the report can look healthy while the calendar stays empty.
Should I raise my bids or my budget?
Not yet. A higher bid buys more of the same visit. If that visit doesn't turn into a call, more spend buys more of the same leak.
What should count as a conversion?
The step that can become revenue: a booked call, a requested job, a scheduled consult. Track calls, forms, and bookings, then judge campaigns on cost per booked call and the sales those calls close.
What comes first?
First, in writing: an audit and a ranked leak list. Tracking is verified before any new spend goes live.
Do you guarantee a return?
No. We don't promise a ROAS or a lead count. We promise verified tracking and a plain-numbers report every month: what we spent, what it brought back, what we changed.
